King Wui (Hong Kong) Limited (the 'Company') has become aware recently that fraudsters have created a fraudulent Facebook page deceiving customers to transfer money via Faster Payment System, WeChat Pay, etc. and collecting the foreign currency at the Company.

The Company reiterates that all transactions related to foreign currency banknotes must be conducted at the counters of the Company. Only registered VIP members would be allowed to transfer money via Faster Payment System at the Company in person.

The Company hereby confirms that the fraudulent Facebook page has no connection with the Company and any of its products and services. The Company has reported the case to the Hong Kong Police Force. Customers or the public who suspected of being deceived should promptly report to any local Police Station or reach Anti-Deception Coordination Centre of the Police Force by calling the 24-hour “Anti-Scam Helpline 18222”.
